Cancellations
If you need to make a change, let us know as soon as possible.
We move fast once an order is placed — artwork is processed and garments are often ordered immediately. Because of this, changes or cancellations are only possible before production begins.
If work has already started, we may need to charge for:
- Artwork setup
- Garments ordered
- Any costs already incurred
Once your order is in production, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Returns
Because all items are made to order, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised products unless there’s a fault.
If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If we confirm a fault, we’ll put it right — either with a replacement or full refund.
Faulty items must be returned within 14 days for inspection.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until received by us
Delivery
We offer FREE standard delivery on orders over £150.
(Excludes non-UK mainland & remote areas)
UK Delivery Options
- Economy: £4.99 (15–20 working days)
- Standard: £5.99 (10–15 working days)
- Express: £6.99 (7–10 working days)
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is in production.
Non-UK Mainland & Remote Areas
- £25 (0–5kg)
- £30 (5–10kg)
- £35 (10–20kg)
(Estimated 7–10 working days)
Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of our couriers — typically DPD or Royal Mail.
- DPD will send a 1-hour delivery window on the day
- You can rearrange delivery, leave with a neighbour, or choose a safe place
- If delivery is missed, they’ll leave instructions for redelivery
If parcels are returned to us, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Collection
Collection is not currently available unless agreed in advance.
International Delivery
We don’t offer worldwide shipping just yet — but it’s coming soon.
