Price Guide
We have kept our pricing structure clear and easy to follow. In most cases, your total cost is made up of the garment cost plus the decoration cost. The more you order, the lower the cost per item and per application becomes.
How pricing works
1. Product cost
The garment or item itself. This depends on the brand, style, colour and quantity selected.
2. Decoration cost
This is the cost to print or embroider your design. A front and back print counts as two print applications.
3. Setup cost
Some orders may require a one-off setup charge, such as embroidery digitising or artwork preparation.
Printing Prices
Print is charged per print position / application. The rates below are based on the number of print applications used within the same order.

Example: If you order 25 garments with a left chest print and a back print, this would count as 50 total print applications.
Embroidery Prices
Embroidery pricing is based on both stitch count and quantity ordered. Lower stitch counts are ideal for standard left chest logos, while larger or denser logos fall into the higher stitch band.

Final stitch counts can only be confirmed once your logo has been reviewed and digitised.

These are the areas you may want to amend before publishing. The figures below are highlighted in red as placeholders.

Quantity discounts
Discounts apply to matching items and matching decoration applications within the same order.
Embroidery stitch counts
Dense logos, small detailed text and filled designs may increase stitch count and price.
Artwork suitability
Poor quality artwork may need to be adjusted or recreated before production can begin.

Does this price include the garment?
No — this page shows decoration pricing. Your final total is the garment cost plus the print or embroidery cost.
How is print pricing worked out?
Print is charged per print area. For example, a left chest print and a large back print counts as two print applications per garment.
How is embroidery pricing worked out?
Embroidery is priced according to the total stitch count in the logo and the number of items being embroidered.
What happens if my embroidery goes above 45,000 stitches?
The relevant base rate applies first, then an additional charge of £0.15 per extra 1,000 stitches is added.
Will I be charged a setup fee every time?
Usually not. Setup or digitising is normally a one-off charge unless the artwork changes.
