EMBROIDERY
Embroidery
Embroidery is one of the most durable and premium ways to customise garments. Using stitched thread rather than ink, it creates a clean, professional finish that stands the test of time.
Premium Finish
Raised stitching gives a high-end, textured appearance that stands out.
Built to Last
Ideal for workwear and uniforms, embroidery holds up to repeated washing and heavy use.
Professional Look
Perfect for businesses, teams and brands wanting a clean, consistent identity.

How Embroidery Works
Your logo is converted into a stitch file through a process called digitising. This tells the embroidery machine exactly how to stitch your design onto the garment.
Once digitised, your logo is saved and can be reused on future orders without needing to be recreated.
- Artwork is converted into a stitch file
- Thread colours are matched to your design
- Garments are stitched using high-precision machines
Design Considerations
Embroidery has different limitations compared to printing, so it’s important your design is suitable.
- Very fine detail may not be achievable
- Small text should be avoided or simplified
- Gradients and transparency are not supported
Recommended minimums:
- Text height: 5–6mm
- Line thickness: 0.5mm+
Common Embroidery Sizes
- Left chest: 80–120mm wide
- Caps: smaller stitch areas
- Large logos: subject to stitch count limits
Embroidery Pricing
Pricing is based on stitch count and quantity. Smaller, simpler logos cost less, while larger, more detailed designs require more stitches.
